Born July 24, 1996, (Joseph) Mackenzie Britt grew up in Hopkinton, Massachusetts living with his parents and two siblings. His formative childhood experiences were split between the beaches of Manomet, Massachusetts, the Rockie Mountains of Colorado, and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Mackenzie earned his BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago focusing in Photography, Fibers, and Ceramics.
